1. LICENSE GRANT

Each purchase grants a single-user, non-transferable license. Redistribution, resale, or sub-licensing of the JSON logic is strictly prohibited.

2. “AS-IS” PROVISION

Intellanodes provides no warranty regarding the performance or fitness of the blueprint. All logic is provided “as-is” in its raw state.

3. ZERO-SUPPORT MODEL

To maintain engineering-grade pricing, Intellanodes does NOT provide implementation support or environment troubleshooting.

4. LIABILITY

In no event shall Intellanodes be liable for data loss, server downtime, or API overages. Test all logic in a sandbox before production deployment.

5. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
